Excellent staff!!! The hotel exceeded my expectations. It was a perfect choice for me. Private, very clean and beautifully appointed. Being in the middle of the rainforest was spectacular.

the hotel was very nice, the accomadations also, but we had a lot of insects in the room. My son couldn't sleep with them. But when we asked the staff to put a mosquito net, they did it immediatly. the restaurant was not cosy, but the cook was very friendly and did everything to please us.

Daniel who is the manager of the restaurant was wonderful to work with. He was very accommodating and the food was really good. We took the hotels night tour through the jungle with flashlights that we were able to see the night life that was a real treat to see.

This was the best stay of the whole 17 day trip. The purpose of why they exist, the rooms, the restaurant, the local tour offerings and the proximity to downtown made this perfect.

We did not reach our hotel untill 1 o'clock and the staff stayed late to greet us. It was a neat experience as it felt like you were sleeping in the jungle and could hear all the animals around. The staff was wonderful and so kind and food was good as well
