I have a passion for working and providing excellent customer service. I began my career as a receptionist at a travel agency, where I learned about itineraries, rates, and the fundamentals of the tourism business. I then transitioned to another job, focusing on reservations and operations. Moving from one agency to another allowed me to gain experience in various roles, including product management and sales assistance. I was fortunate enough to join PTW, where I was trained to become a sales executive. This role has significantly enhanced my skills and experience, allowing me to grow professionally.

Favorite travel memory: One of my favorite travel memories in Costa Rica involves visiting La Fortuna in Arenal. The sight of the majestic Arenal Volcano looming in the background is simply breathtaking. I enjoyed soaking in the natural hot springs, exploring the lush rainforest, and marveling at the stunning La Fortuna Waterfall.
