I am an enthusiastic, hard-working person, capable of facing challenges. When I arrived at PTW it was a great challenge, however, I managed to give my best effort and was able to go further and that has brought me to where I am now. Since I was 19 years old I have been working in the tourism industry while studying at university. I like PTW because I have learned a lot here, and I have had the opportunity to grow. I feel very grateful, so I hope to continue for several more years.

Fun fact about Carolina: I have many pets at home, 8 dogs and 3 cats and several birds, as well as chickens and we rescue wild animals sometimes, my house looks like a zoo. I am very friendly and I laugh a lot. I like Japanese and sometimes when I speak English I also say words in Japanese.
