I am a passionate travel agent with around 10 years of experience in the tour operator industry, and searching for job options led me to PTW, the opportunity to be here really makes me feel happy, I enjoy what I do every day, I love creating unforgettable experiences for clients and also, it is rewarding to be part of their vacations, meeting people from different countries around the world and offering them the opportunity to explore what we have in Costa Rica for them. I started working in hotels, reservation departments with coverages as a hostess and receptionist, then I got to know the tour operator industry which ignited my love for Costa Rica's nature and wildlife, travel planning, customer service and connecting with people from diverse cultures and nationalities. Working at PTW allows me to combine my experience with a dedicated team that values ​​creativity and customer satisfaction, making every travel experience exceptional. I really enjoy helping people organize their vacations and discover the beautiful things our small and amazing country has to offer.
