IMPORTANT: The suitcases that clients bring to the hotel must weigh no more than 10 kg per person, otherwise they will have a surcharge of $25.00 per person, clients must leave part of their suitcases at our Sierpe office and that they only take what they will need during their stay. In our offices in Sierpe there is 24-hour security and we also have a spacious and secure warehouse. The hotel does not check any of the clients' suitcases, to respect their personal belongings, therefore, it is the responsibility of the agency and the guide who leads the groups, to tell them that they should not bring electronic devices (tablets, cell phones, laptops, etc.) ), in the suitcases that go on the boat to avoid damage that may occur during the journey to or from the hotel. Clients must carry them in each person's carry-on suitcases.
