Keep the suitcases you bring to the lodge within 10 kg per person. Above that limit, a $25.00-per-person surcharge applies. Leave excess luggage at the lodge’s Sierpe office and bring only what you need for the stay; the office has a spacious storage warehouse and 24-hour security.
Carry tablets, cell phones, laptops and other electronics in each traveler’s carry-on bag, outside the suitcases transported by boat, where they could be damaged on the journey to or from the hotel. The hotel does not inspect guests’ suitcases. The agency and the guide accompanying a group are responsible for explaining these packing instructions before the journey.

I was aware that this was fairly basic accommodations but they were spotless and the owner/organiser was very helpful and ensured our day trips went well. Great boat handling for all the transports. Didn’t see many staff . Guide for the tour to San Pedrillo station was pleasant but had no knowledge of the wildlife .She did find the animals but the other tour guides appeared to have some knowledge in this area and she clearly knew very little which was quite disappointing

Very rustic lodging, but the location is excellent. The staff is very knowledgeable and accommodating. The food is delicious and plentiful considering the price. The rooms closer to the ocean are better. Rooms that are in the back area require a little hiking.
