Dated hotel. No porters to assist with luggage to rooms which were all UPHILL. No heat in rooms - space heaters offered to borrow from front desk. Water pressure was very low in showers. Hard to rinse hair. Breakfast was sparse (ala carte).

As explained when we booked, the hotel is a bit far from Santa Elena but it was wonderful to be able to access the reserve by foot and the staff were absolutely wonderful.
