Villa Buena Onda

Villa Buena Onda is a luxurious all-inclusive villa perched on a hillside overlooking Playas del Coco and the Papagayo Bay. This exclusive eight-room boutique-style villa specializes in personalized service and includes an exceptional a la carte meal plan. It is the perfect solution for groups traveling together that want to enjoy each other's company but do not have to mix in with the crowds at large resorts. Guests can also take advantage of two free shuttle services to explore the local beach per stay. Amenities include incredible ocean views, a beach shuttle (for a fee after the first two uses), a two-tiered swimming pool, a restaurant, an outdoor pool bar and lounge, a wet bar, spa services, tropical gardens, and free international calls and internet.

Located only twenty minutes from Liberia International Airport, Playas del Coco is a convenient beach destination. Visitors will find a busy town area with souvenir shops, restaurants, bars, and casinos. The brown sand beach is backed by a boardwalk. To the north, Playa Hermosa is a quieter beach area and to the south, Playa Ocotal offers another beautiful and tranquil beach for swimming.

Cooking or mixology classes are available for an additional fee or we can even bring in a dance or yoga instructor. Babysitting services can also be arranged for an additional fee.

Villa Buena Onda offers a fusion of International and Costa Rican foods. The chef uses local ingredients and can meet special dietary requirements including gluten-free and vegetarian. Please inform us of any dietary restrictions when you book your stay. Alcoholic drinks and a snack menu are included. A discount is also available if you do not intend to drink alcoholic beverages. 

The Milagro Spa offers a delightful escape in a luxurious and tranquil setting. Treatments include Swedish or Deep Tissue Massage, Aromatherapy, or Back, Neck & Scalp.

The eight tastefully decorated rooms at Villa Buena Onda offer the comforts of home. Two rooms have two queens and six rooms have one king bed. Each offers an ensuite bathroom with delightful bath products designed exclusively for the villa. Rooms are also equipped with a flat-screen television and surround sound.
