Overview

Today you will go on the Maleku Indigenous Cultural Tour. A professional Bilingual guide will take you to the Tonjibe community where we will meet a local family, which as the rest of families had to adapt themselves to a new life style to survive and keep their traditions and culture intact, but even so they are working on to preserve the most of their traditions such as their language, dances, diet, dressing, and the use of natural medicines. This full day tour include transportation, water bottle, guide, entrance fee, and lunch.

I love learning about cultures. I was so happy to learn and interact with the Maleku community. They are very kind people and provided us a very delicious lunch. I recommend this tour to everyone because it is important to preserve and learn from origins. Our driver/guide Geraldo was excellent, as he was very helpful and knowledgeable.
