Starting at $109 per night

The Falls Resort is a charming three-star boutique hotel located in the hillside resort area of Manuel Antonio. Surrounded by jungle and lush tropical gardens, the hotel is an oasis of peace and tranquility. The staff of this small 25 room hotel adds to the ambiance with ever welcoming smiles and authentic Costa Rican charm. Hotel amenities include a swimming pool, a restaurant and bar, tropical gardens, and WiFi in some public areas.

The Falls is within walking distance of several shops, restaurants, and even a spa. A quick five-minute drive down the hill will lead you to the beach and national park, but we would not recommend walking there. A local beach bus runs daily on a set schedule or taxis are readily available, so you will never have a problem getting around.

Manuel Antonio offers visitors beautiful beaches and rainforest that is teaming with wildlife. The main beach, Playa Espadilla has golden sand and is backed by palm trees and rolling green jungle covered hills. Manuel Antonio National Park is at the end of the beach, protecting numerous exotic and rare species of wildlife.

Manuel Antonio has become a tourist hot spot not only for the beaches and jungle but also for all of the eco-tourist activities. The El Santuario Canopy Zipline is one of the best zipline courses in Central America and highly recommended for adventurers. Thrill seekers will also love whitewater rafting in the Rio Savegre or canyoning and rappelling down rainforest waterfalls in the nearby mountains. Nature lovers will be thrilled with a safari boat ride at the Damas Island Estuary in search of crocodiles, monkeys, and silky anteaters. Of course, a guided hike through the national park is practically a must if you want to see toucans, monkeys, sloths, iguanas, and much more.

Guests of this small boutique hotel usually love spending time at the hotel as well. The small swimming pool is central in the gardens between the rooms and lobby. Take a dip and then soak in the sun with a refreshing drink on one of the lounge chairs. If you don't fall asleep, you just might see a sloth, a toucan, or a troop of monkeys passing through.

The Falls Garden Restaurant offers a delightful menu of fresh seafood, meats, vegetables, and more. The chef only uses fresh ingredients and Costa Rican fruits and vegetables when available. The menu consists of a fusion of delicious international and Costa Rican cuisine.

All of the rooms at The Falls Resort are tastefully decorated in tropical theme. The rooms offer air-conditioning, cable television, and a mini-fridge. The Standard Room Garden View Rooms are the most affordable but still spacious and comfortable. The Standard Casitas are similar but free-standing, bungalow-style accommodations. Deluxe Rooms are oversized and offer a terrace with garden views. These rooms have a sleeper sofa that can be pulled out for an additional bed. However, there is an extra charge for the use of the pull out bed, and the hotel must be informed in advance so they can prepare it. The Double Queen Suites are oversized and offer two beds. The Garden Double Suite offers beautiful garden views. The Street View Double Queen Suite is not recommended as it is close to the road and can be noisy. The Apartment offers three bedrooms and two bathrooms, an equipped kitchen, and a living room. This room is at the front of the resort, so it does not have the greatest views, but makes up for it with the convenience of an apartment stay.

All in all, The Falls Resort is one of the best values in Manuel Antonio. This hotel has plenty of character, and you'll never forget that you are in Costa Rica. You should not expect big resort amenities or beach access without a drive. You should expect a unique experience, tropical surroundings, warm hospitality, and comfortable rooms.

had a beautiful time, I want to say a shout out to Luis & Ico, hope I spelled them correct.

Friendly and welcoming hotel staff, lovely setting.

Great hotel

No kettle

My initial response was one of disappointment when I saw the entrance, but that quickly melted when we were greeted warmly, saw the dense vegetation with so many wildlife viewings, saw the room and experienced the delicious food at the restaurant. The staff was so wonderful as well. On our day off we took the bus to Manual Antonio Park again, and it was great being on the busline. Would definitely stay here again.

Highly recommend this place and the area==food was excellent!!!!

Our room unfortunately was rather dark and the deck area was also so not very inviting. The room itself was spotlessly clean. The breakfast was great. We had dinner here which was okay but better down at a restaurant down the road. Loved the 2 for 1 drinks at happy hour. would have loved a view but we would have had to have stayed on the other side of the road and spent a lot more so the Falls was very good value.

Its a budget resort, but offeres more than budget quality. I expected a small motel for the price we paid but were pleaseantly surprised with the cool rooms, the gardens in the resort and quality of food

The apartment at The Falls met all our needs. It was perfect. The hotel grounds were beautiful, the staff was attentive and friendly and the food was incredible!

Restaurant staff was great. My issue was with the office staff. There was a mixup with our checkout times that impacted our schedule. Staff could have been more thorough and consistent. While I arranged for a slightly later checkout ahead of time (due to a tour) the staff tried to convince me that it was not approved. However, when I was checking out, I had to wait 15-20 minutes to check out for another guest to have a late checkout. The guest had kids (ie.. more time needed to clean room) and wasn't returning from a tour and wasn't heading out for a long trip like we were. So the pressure that gave us to check out before our tour (i.e.. not allow us to take a shower), seemed undue.

We stayed in the apartment. While it would have been nice if the apartment was more a part of the resort (it faced the main road, not the lush grounds of the resort), it was a huge apartment with a full kitchen and laundry-this was really appreciated!

The villas at this resort are wonderful, very clean, very nice. The wi-fi doesn't work in the rooms, but is fine at the pool and restaurant area. The pool is quite small, so if there are a few people, there is not too much room, but we still swam every day! There are so many animals just wandering around at this resort, iguanas, agouti, frogs - all very fun to see! There are also several types of orchids along the paths. This resort is not on the ocean side, but this is why there are many animals, as they use these areas as a corridor.
The breakfast was great, you can choose from a menu of few things, and there are always different fresh squeezed juices to choose from. There is also a small buffet, many things to choose from. This area is good, there is a bus that runs along the road, but is also walkable to get to either the town or the National Park.

Our first impression was that the Falls was a step down from the previous two hotels. But it worked especially well. Particularly nice touches: plenty of light in the room; a lantern for getting around at night; hammock outside the door; friendly iguanas hanging out. A definite sense of being in the jungle.

Amazing. A hidden piece of paradise

Excellent hotel! Wonderful staff. The only problem we had was the music from Salena's Hotel next door.

Loved this place! So peaceful in the middle of all the hub-bub

Well situated hotel - within walking distance of restaurants and right on the bus line if you want to go into town. Cute boutique hotel. Clean comfortable and staff was always friendly and helpful. I especially like the happy hour at the bar and pool. Nice to relax in the afternoon with a couple of well priced beers.

This place from the outside looking in is deceptive. It look's small and dingy. However, once you go inside and see the place you quickly change your mind. It's an amazing place to stay.

we loved the beautiful surroundings, the small intimate hotel and friendly staff.

By far our most favourite of all of the resorts. Gorgeous grounds and room was clean and comfortable and well designed. Privacy was utmost. Restaurant was great. Staff were amazing.

I will be going back to this hotel. Loved it.

First room we were put into was very musty with a very strong air freshener odor. We asked to be moved and the second room was better.

This hotel was a gem! Loved the staff, and how well it was run! Definitely want to come back to this hotel.

We love this hotel. We wanted to just stay in the hotel and not go to Manuel Antonio, it was so nice. We will go back to this hotel.

Wonderful stay, staff were excellent!

My favorite of the trip. We were in one of the 2 room villas (not in the 2 story multi room building) and felt like it was our own little room in the rain forest. Chairs and hammock on the porch were nice. Enjoyed just sitting on the porch listening to and watching the animals and birds in the 'jungle' 8 feet away. I enjoyed the acouti and iguanas on the property as well. Heard howler monkeys each morning. A troupe of squirrel monkeys came through one morning during breakfast. Flora the sloth was out in front of the hotel one night crossing the wires to get to her feeding tree on the property. Everything about the place was beautiful. We are at the restaurant 2 nights and had delicious food at a very reasonable price. The staff was great. So friendly. They made a point of letting everyone know when there were animals around so we didn't miss them. I would like to be back there now. The pictures don't do the place justice.

Good. American-style hotel mostly, the included breakfast was good and the discount on other meals appreciated as MA is very expensive. The doors to the rooms were very loud.

Beautiful small boutique hotel. Only complaint is the TV didn't work past 10 pm once the staff left. Great for walking distance. We enjoyed the hammock and the small pool.

WOW! those king sized beds were amazing, and we so appreciated the air conditioning! A nice, private outdoor area where we enjoyed reading and relaxing too. Good restaurant with friendly staff.

Everything about this hotel was absolutely perfect!

Spacious and comfortable room, with walk in closet and big washroom. Also has big balcony. Hotel has gardens and a small fall. Breakfast is great. Location is good.

Pool was too cold to swim in, the Falls were turned off, no hot tub, though tons of wildlife on the grounds: saw two species of monkeys up close, iguanas, and a sloth

Even though the hotel looks small when you enter, the place is very well arranged inside with lot of greenery and spacious rooms. The room was comfortable. The food was great. The hotel staff was friendly and helpful. Everything is very closeby. No ocean view.

Staff were great, especially at the bar and restaurant. Food was exceptional.

WE LOVED THE FALLS!!!! The staff, our room, the food, happy hour. Everything was wonderful.

Lovely gardens and we had a sloth in the tree right by our room! We paid a bit more for a casita and thought that was a good idea. Beautiful garden views, but no ocean view.

Pool too small for kids and adults to share. Location a bit far for kids to walk to beach (although we did, it was a very busy street). But, absolutely loved the room.

Beautiful! Loved everything about it, just need more space for things like hanging towels, wet bathing suits, etc. (We dud not have a balcony with a railing)

Very nice hotel with a beautiful forest garden. It was clearly on the "afternoon path" of monkeys, two different kinds stopped by while we were there to prey on the coconuts and to hang out. It was amazing how close they were, and to be able to watch them from our pool chairs. We also saw some interesting animals wandering around under the trees in the morning. Rooms are beautiful and the bus stop is very close, very easy to get down to Manuel Antonio, or simply to walk to a restaurant on the road.

We enjoyed the solitude and peacefulness of the hotel, especially contrasted with the noise and mayhem just outside the door! Felt like we were in the middle of the jungle -- and we were visited by a troupe of several dozen monkeys one evening! The cabin was quiet and peaceful, with good storage space for clothes.

Second favorite place to stay of our trip. Well located.

It was very disappointing to be located across the street from the ocean view hotels with no view of the ocean.

This was the best hotel. Truly a hidden gem. The grounds were spectacular. The staff was so helpful. The food was amazing especially the fresh fish. I want to redo my bedroom at home like the bath and room at this hotel as it was so comfortable, clean and elegant.

We loved the falls resort! Lots of places to relax, had a nice voew of the pool from our patio and had a comfortable hammock to lounge in! Room was very spacious!

I expected to be able to walk to the beach easier, not 40 minutes up and down a steep hill but hotel was beyond what I expected

Really loved this place. Easy to take the shuttle to/from the beach, good restaurant in the hotel and plenty of local options, loved the property, pool, etc. Luis at the bar/kitchen took very good care of us!

Loved the infinity pool. And had wildlife on the grounds, very nice. Had monkeys just to the side of our balcony.

Staff was very nice and helpful.

Enjoyed The Falls!

Lovely cozy hotel. Luis was marvelous!

Best resort of the bunch. Met the owner and he was very nice.

Exceptionaly helpful

Great hotel. Monkeys in the morning were a hoot!

Excellent hotel restaurant!

This was the friendliest of the hotels - guests all came together at the pool for happy hour. Loved the lizards & coati roaming around. The hammocks were such a great & it was very private.

Great hotel, thanks for helping us understand we were just minutes from the beach.

We especially enjoyed grabbing a cup of coffee at 6 a.m. and seeing toucans and motmots in the lovely garden of the hotel.

And our trip just gets better and better. I LOVE THE FALLS!! WOW!! The staff is amazing! We hated to leave, everything we needed was there but we forced ourselves to explore the area. We always made it back for Happy Hour. We met so many friendly people. And Luis the bartender/chef....IS THE BEST! LOVED THE ROOMS. The food was great.. breakfast was Amazing. I could go on and on. It was hard to leave. We will definitely be back.

Great hotel. Loved the location. So easy to hop the local bus to the beach or into town. Everyone was great.

I would have like to have a hot tub at this hotel.

This resort was fantastic! Friendly staff and great location.

Truly a lovely place to stay. Great bar tender.

Beautiful, clean and very relaxed. Good food, nicely located for walking to nearby sights and the beach. Desk staff had good recommendations for additional tours.

A little far from the beaches, but not so far that one couldn't easily take a bus. The bus to the beach left from right outside the hotel.

Great location and rooms. Excellent restaurant and value for price of dinner and lunch meals. Breakfast selection and quality was excellent. Bar staff was amazing. Really good to us and treated our kids well. One breakfast server was trying to sell his homemade earrings which I found uncomfortable. Otherwise the service on all levels was great.

The Falls is a really nice final hotel for us. It was our last hotel and it was the nicest. The gardens were full of wildlife and the staff was very cordial and professional. The restaurant was quite good with good prices. The drinks were among the best I've ever had! Fresh fruit pina coladas and margaritas and mojitos! Lots of mint in those awesome mojitos!

Great staff. From street does not look great, but once inside, loved the garden and all the animals including monkeys on Christmas day.

Great hotel. Staff was a little off-putting at times. But, hotel was beautiful and comfortable.

Fantastic staff, great location, and good food

Staff especially Luis the maitre de was the best, and most helpful. Definitely recommend.

The food at this resort was really good.

Beautiful but not what I was expecting. It seemed quite Americanized (which we didn't really want) and there did seem like there were nicer options. Loved the scenery and the breakfast. All of the staff was helpful and nice.

Nice helpful friendly staff. Clean comfortable rooms. Loved the animal towel characters.

Some of the hotel staff were a little cranky. Our dinner waiter was very nice though. The hotel was beautiful, but the staff was definitely the least hospitable of anyone we encountered in Costa Rica.

Manuel Antonio itself was a bit of a disappointment but we were looking at it from having been there 40 years ago. A bit too touristy. The first room they took us too was down in a dark part of the grounds. We asked to be changed to a room higher up and with light, which was done.

Very comfortable with casual elegance. Great breakfasts and people.

It was a cute resort that really represented Costa Rica and it's wildlife. Service was pretty good as were accommodations.

Our favorite hotel! We all loved the garden setting, the rooms, the large porch to enjoy in the evenings and the grounds. The staff was so kind and attentive to the smallest details. LOVED the Falls Resort!!!

Great food

The looks of this hotel when you first arrive are deceiving. Great place to stay, very friendly staff. Loved this place.

Our room was beautiful at the Falls Resort. The bed, hammock, shower and the cute little monkeys roaming around made for a great experience.

Nice hotel, nice staff.

Beautiful place with tropical gardens. The beds were comfortable and the breakfast was good. The waiter was very kind and filled my disposable water bottle each morning with ice and water. I thought I needed to buy bottle water because I was nervous about drinking the water there but it was perfectly safe and very good. The only place we were told not to drink the water was Manuel Antonio National Park.

Staff were incredibly friendly. Knew our names and greeted us every morning and night by name which was a nice touch. The staff called out animals when they were around like monkeys and a sloth so that was a great interactions. Definitely made us feel at home on top of a nice and affordable restaurant. Great experience overall.

Very nice, friendly, and helpful people. Great atmosphere, food, location. Overall absolutely nothing negative to say. Would highly recommend.

Beautiful resort, monkeys every morning, as well as iguanas. Food was great. Staff was fantastic.

Lots of wild life which was fun to experience but way too many bugs. I prefer a site less immersed in wild life but my partner loved it!

beautiful gardens and loved we were placed at the end bungalow; we aw lots of wildlife from our porch

Delightful place! Friendly and helpful staff. A big help when we needed to change our plans for one of the activities. Restaurant was a pleasure - meals, view, and staff. Spent my last day by the pool. Little squirrel monkeys were so entertaining!

We really liked the Falls Resort.

The Falls was a great hotel. Loved the rooms, in-room massage and pool area.

The Falls Resort was ok. The rest of the family was happy with it but I wasn't totally, probably because we had such posh places before we arrived there, and because I was sick, and it was very hot when we arrived. It's a nice basic place to stay and the front desk staff were super! I thought the gardens would be more open so we could enjoy sitting in them but it is solid jungle. Very beautiful though and we got to see a sloth in the tree up front and monkeys came through so that was fun. It is in a nice location so you can walk to restaurants downtown.

Hotel and pool area was a little shabby and old but we had a great time there.

The hotel staff was very accommodating helping carry luggage up and down steps. We enjoyed the breakfasts and loved that we were able to be entertained by a troop of spider monkeys passing through.

Would have been better if the staff had told us about the service bus outside the hotel, instead they offered to get us a taxi to the beach

Very nice hotel but still a long hike up to your room. very good food.

Lovely property however cottages were a little dated. Shower in bathroom did not have a door or curtain and water would spray out on floor making for a safety concern. Shower head could not be adjusted for height or direction.

This is a lovely small hotel (thanks Jennifer Delez for the suggestion). The staff was great, especially Luis. We saw a couple of monkeys on the property which was entertaining and unexpected.

The only problem was the hotel representative that met us when we first arrived didn't speak English at all. So getting accommodated for the first night was a little tough. But during the rest of the stay, there was plenty of staff that did speak English. Great food and scenery. Very nice front desk staff.

We loved staying at the Falls. We had a "duplex" casita and again we enjoyed walking around the grounds and watching wildlife from our front porch. The Falls is a small hotel so we were able to get to know some of the other guests and the staff, which was very nice. We LOVED it when the spider monkeys went through the restaurant one morning. We also liked being able to walk to restaurants and a nice gift shop in town.

Loved this hotel. Loved the restaurant. Wish we had more time here.

Loved this place !!

Staff were all very helpful. Great locationfor access to restaurants and the bus into town. Resturant and bar staff were exceptional.

enjoyed the wonderful breakfasts every morning! Special ice cream in the afternoon, The monkeys!

great location, hidden paradise right outside your bedroom door, beautiful room, awesome breakfast, staff super helpful

Great experience. Loved waliking through the resort gardens to our room. I gave an average value rating because it turns out that everything "Costa Lotta " in Costa Rica. As we had our first meal at the Falls restaurant, it was our initial exposure to what we could be xpect to pay for meals throughput our trip.

Stunning room. Hotel restaurant had great food and was reasonably priced.

Lovely boutique hotel in good location. Right on bus route to beach and and back to town so very easy and cheap way to get around. Nice but small pool. Lush surroundings. The "Falls" themselves are a bit underwhelming as they are artificial -basically just concrete and rocks with a pool pump

Loved the staff! beautiful place. Mildew smell in rooms detracts from the ten.

The bar staff and wait staff were extra ordinary. They all knew our names after being there for only a few hours. The staff made you feel very welcome there

Another amazing hotel, the open back area with the bar and pool were so nice to just get a drink and relax by after a day of activities. I'm not sure if the Christmas lights are only there in December, but they were a really nice touch that made that spot feel really cozy.

I took a point off from the comfort because the shower didn't have hot water, only warm, and the water pressure wasn't great. Other than that, the place fas fantastic

Spectacular setting. Very attentive staff. Delicious breakfast. I will be saying that about every place we stayed.

Astheticly, Mountain Paradise was "prettier",but I don't have a single negative thing to say about The Falls. The staff were amazing!

this place was amazing - the grounds are gorgeous, casitas are well appointed and the beds super comfortable. Very romantic and relaxing end to our trip.

The best hotel we stayed in. Great grounds, great room with huge shower, good breakfasts, great bar, great restaurant on site. Short walk to other good restaurants near by.

We absolutely loved this hotel i would definitely stay here again. The gardens were beautiful the staff were amazing. It was also a great location.

The Falls was by far our favorite hotel while in CR. Just lovely there. The staff is so nice and sweet. Terrific place to stay. We loved our little bungalow with the porch.

great setting in the tropical gardens

The staff was definitely the highlight, everyone was very friendly, helpful, and personable. I know Carrie really liked the Belmar; however, The Falls was my favorite hotel. The hotel has a very relaxed atmosphere and in some ways well more like a hostel (shared books, lobby area for hanging out, shared DVDs, etc.). Additionally, the The Falls provides high quality but decently priced meals but it also within walking distance of most of the restaurants in the area (which provide a view of the ocean). All in all, we really enjoyed our stay and could've spent more time here.

Excellent hotel! Well appointed and comfortable rooms. Nice touch the infinity pool. Good service and decent menu variety at the restaurant and bar. Very helpful the reception staff. Very good location to get to the beach by public bus right outside the hotel and for restaurants and shopping at walking distance

The hotel and grounds were lush and beautiful! We really enjoyed the rainforest feel and all the lizards and monkeys!

Could use a coffee pot and clock in each room.

Would gladly stay at this hotel again. Amazing to see monkeys camped outside our room, throwing mangoes down onto our hammock. Lots of fun.

Beautiful grounds, great location, excellent staff, breakfast was good. It was awesome. Would have liked more time here.

Best food, friendly staff, grounds really nice!!

We ended up loving the Falls. We started out disappointed as the website indicated everyone had a hammock outside their room but our double queen room did not and was above the restaurant/bar which concerned me. It turned out noise was not an issue at all. I just wished they had a few communal hammocks for those in our rooms. This hotel was truly a community. Everyone talks to each other and the staff could not be nicer. Our kids ended up getting sick and we had to just stay at the hotel for a few days and it as great. They brought our food and drinks to the pool, made special drinks for the kids and food accommodations for me. we loved that we could walk to restaurants and shops easily which we could not do as easily in our last two hotels.Since it was a more compact hotel, we felt comfortable leaving our sons in the room whole we went to the bar or hung out in the comfy lobby. Wifi was not great in our rooms so we ended up in the lobby more than we usually do but it was fine.We did the mangrove tour with jason and it was perfect for us. loved the monkeys and learning about the changes in the water level, area, etc and eating a typical dinner at a family run restaurant.

Loved the staff. They made us feel like we were at home. We also liked being on the bus line and restaurants nearby.

The staff was nice but did not go out of their way to make you feel welcomed. No phones in the rooms and the air never really cooled the room. The breakfasts were so-so. We only ate dinner once before deciding on other local hotels.

Awesome place. Monies and many other animals right outside out room. Dining staff , Luis, was great.
Note, we had NO wifi in our room. It just doesn't get that far. But we still had a great time. Staff recommended tour and hooked us up with a guide that turned out to be one of the highlights of our vacation.

That was one hard hotel to leave. I loved it. The food was really really good. My only critique is the lack of top shelf vodka's at this hotel as well. The ones they use are lower quality and gave my wife heartburn. I don't know what else i can say about this hotel that would be a critique......even the person in charge of the landscaping was passionate about the animals there and told us he would come get us when he saw any interesting animals out. Best hotel i've ever been to.

Amazing hotel, they should really invest in the front of their property to add some curb appeal!

Restaurant was great for dinner. Room was small. Pull out bed was uncomfortable. Room was clean, and nicely decorated.

We were aware this hotel was not the same caliber as the previous two. It was a bit run down, but you get what you pay for. Overall I was not unhappy with the hotel. It could use a bit of a face lift though.

Beautiful resort. Staff was very helpful making sure my husband got the care he needed. The rooms were nice and cozy and private. Walking distance to the beach. It is a wonderful place.

really lovely gardens. I must say I was somewhat disappointed after we dropped off other guests in lovely water view hotels. But it was easy to get back and forth on the bus. appreciated the pool most of all. so hot here.

would much rather have stayed across the street with an ocean view

Room was a bit small. Staff was wonderful!!!! Jorge personally let me borrow his cell phone charger for 2 days when mine broke and the shops were closed for the weekend.

I must be honest-when we first arrived at The Falls, we were really disappointed. The front entrance looks old and unattractive, and the first room we saw as we entered was an open-air lobby-type room with old, dreary furniture. Our first impression left a lot to be desired, but . . . We grew to love The Falls! The rooms obviously had been updated recently, the staff was super, and the restaurant was fabulous for dinner!

Accommodated an early check-in. Hotel was well situated near restaurants (El Avion had a beautiful view of the coast) and hotel breakfasts were very good. Dinner was very nice in the restaurant. Pool area was very inviting after a day's activities. Hotel was in a travel corridor for a group of squirrel monkeys and the bartender let us know that the group was coming thru and we grabbed our cameras and were entertained for about 30 min. The monkeys cross the road at the front of the hotel along a blue rope suspended over the road. Staff was always very helpful and contributed to a very comfortable stay.

Great place! Would love to stay here again.

Excellent resort with lots of friendly and welcoming staff... They even helped me find my lost wallet! Awesome place to stay!

very nice setting, walking distance to a lot of restaurants. lush vegetation and good pool. Restaurant was a good value too.

Best of the three accomodations that we stayed in.

Loved the property - so beautiful! The kids weren't too impressed with the tiny pool, but it sure was refreshing after a day at the beach in the sun - such nice shade in the afternoon. The guy in the office was ready to help at all times, and the guys in the bar/restaurant were wonderful, as well. The room was just fine for 5 people. The restaurant was very good.

excellent breakfast and convenient location.

This resort was wonderful! I will say that the front view of the resort from the road was not grand, but we were very pleased when we walked inside. The gardens in the resort made you feel much further away than you were. It was nice to have the privacy that the trees offered. Our room was wonderful and very, very comfortable. The furnishings were top-notch, and you can tell the owners invested well in to making the details beautiful. We were most impressed with the evening bartender. We enjoyed visiting with him each day we were there! We had several hours of waiting at the resort on Friday before our shuttle arrived, and he made every point to ensure we were comfortable. He even made sure to come tell us good bye before we left. Wonderful place, just wonderful!

Absolutely beautiful room, super friendly staff, great food at the restaurant, great location close to everything.
Without hesitation a 10 in all regards!

Great hotel. The restaurant is a bit pricey but the food is very good and since there are numerous other restaurants nearby, we ate at the Falls one dinner and out the rest of the time. Breakfasts are great. Luis is exceptional. Our only issue was that our toilet had no pressure and the hotel didn't seem to fix it but it wasn't a huge deal. The grounds are beautiful.

This was by far our favorite. What a gem. It looks like a warehouse from the road, and then PHOOF you are in paradise. We loved our experience there. Beautiful and truly a boutique hotel. Staff was on top of everything, like helping us arrange a deep sea fishing trip.

Not as fancy as Arenal Springs, but just lovely for visiting Manuel Antonio.

Our favorite resort. Beautiful!

We ended up with a room close to the bar, which was somewhat noisy one night. I would have preferred a room further back, but there were none available. Overall, the people in Manual Antonio were not as friendly as the people in Arenal. The hotel staff followed this trend, but they were not a problem at all.

Wow, what a fabulous place. Highly recommend this hotel!!!

Very convenient location!

This was by far our favorite hotel. I think it also helped that the weather was perfect and we had time to relax at the outside bar/pool area for a while when we arrived.

I could recommend this resort without hesitation because I prefer small, charming places. The 'maitre d' in the bar/restaurant was the most attentive I've ever experienced and I really appreciated his service.

Great hotel

the sofa bed was VERY uncomfortable...but the staff was fantastic and worked to make it okay...please thank them

nice place to stay

By far the best of the three hotels!! The picture does not do it justice, it was far prettier than even Arenal Springs. Wi-fi was great. Restaurant was amazing. Their special dinner on Christmas was spectacular. We could have stayed here for two weeks.
