From the gentleman who took our bags to the room, the reception and the restaurant staff were great, I am extremely grateful as we were able to get into our room ahead of normal check-in. We also were very pleased to be able to get something to eat in the restaurant. With our very early wakeup -transit to the airport - I was pleased with the hotel

We were only here overnight. The breakfast was good and the pool was attractive. Wifi not great. Not much around the hotel so we had nowhere to go to kill time as we were waiting for our transfer.

Staff was very helpful. The hotel restaurant and pool area was very nice, and the breakfast was great. The location wasn't the greatest, but we were only there one night and it was very close to the airport, so that worked for us. The hotel itself was a little odd in its layout. There were no elevators, which meant carrying suitcases up and down stairs. And the hallways were very narrow, again meaning transporting suitcases was a little challenging. The room was fine, but the window shades didn't seem to work and the TV was hard to understand how to operate. But, as stated, since this was just a one-night stay since our flight arrived in San Jose late, it suited our purposes adequately.

We opted for this hotel over the original recommendation because it was cheaper and closer to the airport. We were arriving at midnight and leaving early in the morning so we didn't want to travel far and just needed a bed and breakfast. I was completely satisfied with this hotel and glad we opted for it. Bed was comfy.

Slightly disappointed by the room we received. Stayed there a couple years ago and for a much nicer room for the same price. The room was in some disrepair and the view was out to a parking lot.

The hotel was dated and we had to search for our own room. The beds were clean and comfortable. The look of the room was sad and I am glad we only stayed for the night. We couldn't put the blinds up as they were so old. The breakfast area was beautiful though and the staff was very nice.

This is the one hotel that did not meet my expectations. The AC was not working and when it started working it started leaking water. The room was very low quality - the floors had water stains, not enough room to move around, the TV channels did not have any English programs, the bathroom was very small. Seems these are the rooms that are reserved for travelers making booking thru a travel agent.

The room we got smelled very dank and humid, in spite of turning on the a/c. The other room in our party was better.
Also, there were no curtains, just a white screen - and so we woke up at 5 am itself when the room became really bright. We had a late night, so we were hoping to wake up late, so this wasn't convenient.

Excellent hotel with lots of space for the three of us, and separate beds for each of us. WiFi was perfect; our grandson loved the big computer in the lobby. Very good breakfast. Pleasant staff in restaurant and on desk, Stunning gardens and swimming pool. Dragging our suitcases up the stairs to the room was the only downside.

Definitely not as nice as or comfortable as the other hotels we stayed in. We had to switch rooms because of noise and an odd smell in our room. Smelled like mold. But the staff was very nice about it.

We had to ask to change rooms because ours smelled so bad and it was so noisy. But the front desk staff was very helpful and changed our room without any issues. The hotel itself was just ok. Not much to walk to around there and do and the bar wasn’t even open at the hotel. We had been staying at really nice places for our whole trip so we were a little disappointed at the below average level of this hotel. But we still enjoyed ourselves.

The worst part of the trip. We checked in and got a super tiny room facing the freeway. The hotel looked like it was abandoned, no cars and the entry to the rooms was dark and kinda scary. We asked for a different room and they switched us, the room was better but the phone didn't work so my husband walked all the way back to the front to ask for stuff, and the front desk said none of the phones were working on that side of the building. Also, this hotel is listed as having laundry services, but they didn't at all. ?. Breakfast was ok. Tables were dirty, and it was like noone cared. The place looks ok in the morning but definitely scary and empty at night. I would hope to never stay here again.

Everything was fine since we were only staying one night, but if I wouldn't want to stay here longer. The staff were friendly and helpful and the breakfast was good. The hotel itself is laid out a little strangely. We needed 2 rooms and were put in 2 different buildings. There wasn't an elevator so we had to haul our luggage up 3 flights. The room wasn't down a hallway it was basically in the stairwell. The bed and pillow weren't that comfortable and the air conditioner was very noisy.

Please do not send other clients to this hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful. However, the hotel is extremely noisy. It is very worn and dated, no hot water, bad smell covered up by worse smelling room deodorant. Horrible place.

Hotel was just a basic hotel near the airport. The wait was very long for our room, even though the hotel was barely occupied. The woman behind the counter would not give us a different room however, she insisted that check-in wasn't until 4:00 so if we had to wait in the lobby for a long time, so be it. After over an hour, a nice man came to work the counter with her and immediately gave us the room keys and comped us two drinks to make up for the inconvenience. Restaurant staff was very nice however.

Our rooms were located in a building that felt more like staff quarters or a dormitory, than a hotel. The rooms were dingy and our two young teenage sons were put in a room on a completely separate floor from us. It was not what we were expecting at all. Given we were leaving early the next day and tired from a day of travel, it wasn't worth the effort to try to get new rooms.

A simple hotel. Adequate. We were on the third floor, too bad there wasn't an elevator but they were happy to arrange someone to help carry down the luggage in the morning. They are located next to a couple of great restaurants and a fun and classy sports bar. I'd stay there again for that. Or I'd spend a little more and stay at the Doubletree which looked nicer. For the price this place is just fine.

The bathroom was really small with the design of the counter causing the toilet seat cover to press against your back when using the toilet. Strange design and uncomfortable. It was a clean, small, room but after we had stayed in such nice hotels the entire trip this hotel did not really compare but I think chose a cheaper hotel at the end of the trip so we could stay a few more days?? It was fine.

We arrived at the airport after midnight, then left the next morning after breakfast. The breakfast was great. Carrying luggage up and down flights was the only inconvenience. It would've been nice if they had other ramps, like they did at the front entrance, so we could roll our luggage or maybe some elevators for 2nd or 3rd floors.

we unfortunately had lots of little bugs on our bed comforter when we first arrived because a window had been left open, that we had to make sure were not bedbugs. the bedding was promptly changed and we were offered to change rooms but we had already unpacked. the overall experience rating is more reflective of the area and not the hotel but met our expectations as a quick layover airport hotel.Breakfast is really good, its too bad the pool water is freezing, staff super friendly

A bit outdated and the area has a lot of traffic. The coffee machine was dirty on the inside so I couldn't use it. What I liked was that the suite had 2 separate rooms which was nice and the staff was very nice.

This hotel was a bit too basic for my taste - staff was very friendly and food was better than expected but not in a great area so we couldn't walk around and the hotel was dated - if I do this again I will spend a bit more and stay in an area where we can walk around, get a little of the feel of the city - this was totally on me though I should have thought more about this.

The pool was shut down, which was unfortunate because we were hoping to go for a swim.. But, the most important aspect of the hotel was that it was close to the airport. We had wished it had a bar, but we went to a different place for dinner and a drink. Overall, it was fine. And we were able to get to the airport quickly in the w=morning.

It was a place to sleep and close to the airport. Not as nice or quiet a room as on our day of arrival, but plenty acceptable.

Had to wait 3 hours to get into our room. Although room was "ready" it obviously had not been vacuumed in living area. Ate at hotel for dinner - 2 steak meals were so tough as to be inedible. Would have preferred room on ground floor as taking luggage down stairs was a pain in the morning!

There was a noisy party at the hotel (maybe a wedding reception) until late into the night. We really didn't mind it much, but it was noticeable. It would have been nice if the hotel restaurant stayed open later - we got to the hotel before the restaurant closed, but by the time we got settled in, it was closed and so we didn't end up having any dinner.

It was noisy, but not terribly so. Hard to rate the value as I do not know the cost of each place we stayed at. The room was very nice and I slept very well.

It was good hotel but other hotels we got on this trips were much better. The restaurant in this hotel was not good.

This was a usual 'near the airport' hotel. The restaurant was rather overpriced. However, the desk staff was extremely helpful.
