Wonderful, safety instruction. We were the first tour of the morning and they moved us through very quickly, almost a bit too fast. We were all down in 45 minutes. Not much education about what we were seeing of the rainforest. We were glad that we had done the repelling earlier which included probably a mile of hiking between all the waterfalls, accompanied by the education of what we were seeing around us.
