As soon as the request is confirmed, the respective payment policies must be applied, modification, cancellation and penalty, in accordance with the provisions of this contract. Changes names are not allowed after the reservation has been guaranteed. If a change of name is made at any time for holiday season reservations, a fee will apply. Penalty of US $100 + 13% VAT per room per night.
Regular & Low Season
• No penalty applies: For reservations canceled 15 days or more after the client's arrival.
• 1 night penalty applies: For reservations canceled 14 days before or less than the
customer arrival.
• No shows: Stays of 1 to 3 nights are penalized 1 night. Stays of 4 or more nights will
penalize 2 nights.
• Early Departures: They will have one night penalty.
Festive Period Christmas new year:
• For reservations canceled after September 1, 2024, a 100% penalty applies.
• No shows: A penalty of 100% of the stay applies.
• Early Departures: They will have a penalty of 100% of the stay.
Easter:
• The deposit of the first night for the festive period is not refundable.
• For reservations canceled before January 15, 2024-2025, only the deposit of
warranty.
• For reservations canceled after January 15, 2024-2025, a 100% penalty applies.
• No shows: A penalty of 100% of the stay applies.
• Early Departures: They will have a penalty of 100% of the stay.
