PRIVATE Surf Lesson With a Professional Surf Instructor

Did you know you can learn how to surf and have fun surfing in just a few hours! Your private professional instructor will teach you everything you need to know to ride your first board.

Private lessons are also available to intermediate and advanced level surfers.

This fun filled half day includes round trip transportation from your lodging in Manuel Antonio. Once you arrive at the waterfront, if you are a beginner, you will meet your instructor who will work with you one-on-one demonstrating techniques for how to get up on the surfboard and stay up (!) After learning the basics, you will be given a surfboard and enter the water to practice catching the waves near the beach. Your private instructor will continue to coach you as you learn to stand and balance on top of your board riding the surf into shore. It doesn’t take long to get the hang of it so in no time you’ll be catching the waves and surfing in.

If you have had some experience but are wanting to enhance your moves, your instructor will work with you to show how you can improve your technique and advance to more complicated maneuvers. Maybe you’d like to master a graceful carve, fins out or hang ten! Your instructor’s years of experience will have you stoked in no time.

Refreshments of water and tropical fruit will help restore your energy while out in the sun.

Successfully providing lessons for all levels in Manuel Antonio for over ten years on one of the world’s most beautiful white sand beaches, this surf school will help you maximize your surfing experience. All equipment will be provided including surf board, leashes and rash guards.
