I was the only one from our group who went and I'm so glad I did! Saw some amazing wildlife (especially the red-eyed frog). Our guide was super helpful.

Saw lots of wildlife, informative guides
You can’t really call it a guided hike. It was a tour of the gardens. It was fine but not as expected due to its being called a guided hike. The guide did his best with what was available to see.
Guide was friendly and informative.
Carlos was our guide, and he was fabulous. He was very friendly, funny, and knowledgeable, except for a few details that he gave us that we found out later were incorrect. However, we really enjoyed learning from Carlos.
Hotel guide was excellent and hotel gardens were amazing, but rain ruined a bit the experience, especially because the majority of animals don't come out
I think this was actually just a tour around the gardens and to the town. We didn't go far and it was a very casual, low information density kind of wander around.
