Wonderful room assignment with a view of the forest and volcano. Great staff and a good location close to town.

Nice location and we could walk to a lot of restaurants and stores. We ate at the soda next door a few times because it was delicious and very convenient. Loved our volcano view room with balcony, although the volcano was covered in clouds most of the time. Was nice to sit on the balcony early in the mornings and evenings and watch the birds.

Staff were great. Hotel is a little dated. Floors were an absolute slip hazard everywhere. For a place that gets so much rain, seemed like a bad choice. I wouldn't recommend anyone with stability issues or elderly stay at this hotel. Accidents waiting to happen. The hotel was well maintained and clean and the people were very nice. I wouldn't stay at that hotel again though.

The hotel restaurant was good with nice breakfast. There could be some street noise in the restaurant because it was located just next to the main road
Joao D.
Excellent location and good service
Philip B.
Lovely location great view from room.

Our room was directly facing the volcano, the trick is to be lucky to get the clouds to go away to see it. Low and behold before we left we got crystal clear pictures of Arenal volcano. Pool and swim up bar was perfect. Very nice place.

Nice view of Arenal volcano. Hotel need some updates but overall a nice location
Rahul S.
The only thing that did not meet our expectations was the very limited space for storing clothes.
Gabriel R.
The food and wine quality in the restaurant, for individual services, was poor. The Buffet was good
Margarita V.
My experience with the food at the restaurant wasn't good
Kalena T.
This hotel was clean. But I was expecting much more for it to be a 4 star hotel. It was pretty dated and worn. I probably wouldn't stay there again if I had a choice. But it wasn't horrible. I appreciate the cleanliness of my room and bathroom.

The hotel was in an ideal location and we had a great view of the volcano from our room.. we also enjoyed the breakfast at the hotel. The grounds, pool and hot tubs, were beautiful but due to heavy rains, could not enjoy them as much as we wanted to.
Karen S.
Everyone was so friendly and welcoming!
Rob W.
We loved the garden and the big pool. Breakfast was sub par. Quality was very low and even the most basic food items, such as cheese and veggies were often lacking.
Donna T.
Room was very minimal. Could have used more furnishings and a mirror somewhere. There were lots of bugs in the room. The jacuzzis seemed to have problems with temperatures. Hot one day, cold the next. Location was great, lots that we could walk to. Pool was great, nice swim up bar.
Kellie P.
We thoroughly enjoyed this hotel and the super friendly staff. They were very helpful and answered any questions we had. The breakfast served was fantastic and drinks were very good as well.
Nice hotel, great view.
