Condos by Reserva Conchal - One Bedroom Condo

These units feature a spacious bedroom, a full bathroom, and a complete kitchen, complemented by either a private terrace or balcony. Beyond your comfortable condo, you'll have access to all the resort's world-class amenities, including a stunning beach club with a restaurant and swimming pool, and direct access to the pristine white sands and turquoise waters of Playa Conchal. Enjoy a relaxed, family-friendly atmosphere with a championship golf course, over five kilometers of natural trails for hiking and biking, and a protected wildlife refuge that's home to a variety of native flora and fauna. IMPORTANT: Please note that you can pay an additional $10 per night for a collasible crib or $60 per night for an additional collapsible bed (both rates + tax), when these are available. You are encouraged to arrange this well in advance due to limited availabillity. There are no food services included. A security deposit in the amount of $500 is required one day prior to check in. This is NOT included in the rate you have been quoted and you are responsble to pay it to the resort, though PTW will assist in fascilitating this.
