Departing from the Southern Caribbean, Costa Rica, our adventure begins at 7:00 AM, with pickup times varying depending on your location, starting in Manzanillo. You'll return by 12:00 noon, giving you ample time to freshen up before lunch, which is on your own.

To make the most of this experience, remember to wear your swimsuit, sunscreen, hat, and a long-sleeve shirt or rash guard to protect your back from the sun. Don't forget your camera (ideally waterproof), water bottle, change of clothes, towel, comfortable walking shoes, insect repellent, binoculars, and a raincoat, just in case. A bit of cash might come in handy too.
