The experience includes a local bilingual nature guide, a snack, bottled water, and round-trip transportation from Cahuita, Puerto Viejo, and Punta Uva. Allow approximately 5–6 hours for the complete experience, including transportation and time at the beach. The guided hike itself lasts approximately 3–4 hours.
This adventure is best suited for travelers ages 12 and older who are in good physical condition. Comfortable hiking shoes are recommended, along with sunscreen, insect repellent, a camera, and a towel. If you plan to swim, wear your swimsuit underneath your hiking clothes.
