CANCELLATIONS OF THE TOUR:
-Bad weather-. Without leaving the pier. If the weather conditions violate the integrity of the passenger, crew and equipment will be canceled without notice, the tour is rescheduled for another date. Or the money is returned to the client. Only revenues from national parks that are not reimbursable will be reduced.
-Once you leave the tour and due to unexpected weather problems that arise during the tour, no money will be refunded.
- (The island of the canyon and corcovado if a week is canceled before the total amount of the deposited money is returned, if it cancels between 2 to 6 days, half of the money is reimbursed.)
-All tours that are canceled the day before or the same day of the tour do not refund money. If you do not have the documents that justify an illness or accident.
